ROCKLAND ROAD

TUESDAY, JANUARY 17
7:30 PM

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18
1:00 & 3:00 PM

Rockland Road is a street just outside Nashville. It’s a studio where countless hit records have been recorded. It’s a crossroads where country, gospel, pop, R&B and Americana music has coexisted and thrived for years. It is also a vocal-driven, melodic band with a signature sound as rich and authentic as its namesake.

Rockland Road is six musicians who share the last name Martin—representing four generations of musical heritage—all vocalists who among them play 23 different instruments. It is a powerhouse group featuring soulful vocals imbued with a pure, exuberant joy worthy of the talented blood that flows through this family’s veins.

Fueled by a mutual passion for multiple genres and longing for a fun, family-friendly musical experience for their kids, Paul and Jamie Martin began singing together in 2010 with their four children: March, Kell, Texas and Tallant. Quickly realizing that the kids all showed an uncanny knack for hearing harmonies, as well as for playing instruments, they began performing shows together.

After a rousing performance of “Elvira” to a packed house for The Oak Ridge Boys’ 2015 induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame, Billboard Magazine heralded them as “singing to the rafters,” bringing a crowd of seasoned performers and industry insiders to their feet.

Rockland Road sees every night spent onstage not just as a time to spread the joy they get from music or as a chance to share their story. Every night is an opportunity to take a new audience on a musical experience they won’t soon forget.

INDIGO DREAMERS

TUESDAY, JANUARY 17
1:00, 3:00 & 5:00 PM

Coming from different corners of the world, Jamie, a South Florida native, and Pouya Pourtahmasbi, an Iranian transplant, serendipitously met while studying music at a university in South Florida. It didn't take long for a musical spark to ignite between the two as they collaborated on music projects and exchanged thoughts on life. After graduation, the two produced an EP for four of Jamie’s songs in addition to exploring the South Florida music scene, playing shows at various venues alongside percussionist Reza Filsoofi and guitarist Austin Mann.

In 2014, Jamie won the iTunes Music Festival Competition for her song “Blue”, which inspired a new record. She employed the help of Pouya to produce, arrange, and play bass once again, but this time it would be a more arduous adventure. Three years later they conceived their debut album Lessons of Blue, a story of the joys and pain of maturation. On this record, the duo tenderly weaves together the past with the clarity of the present in a unique blend of rock, pop, R&B, and orchestral sounds. The album never falls short of heartfelt lyrics, soaring vocals, unique use of the bass, and crafted arrangements. Indigo Dreamers first single “Blue” premiered on AXS and their second single Feeling Good premiered on PopDose, both with great response.

Indigo Dreamers continue to perform in the South Florida area and have opened up for both Dar Williams and Shawn Mullins at the Broward Performing Arts Center and performed at TedXBocaRaton in October 2019. In February 2020 they released a single and music video titled “Marriage of Sound”, which highlights the collaboration of artists who are separated by geographical and political borders. Indigo Dreamers latest release is a single and live music video titled “Time On My Hands”.
