What are Fright Credits and how do I spend them?
With each FRIGHT NIGHTS TICKET purchased, guests receive 40 Fright Credits to spend however they please. These credits can be used for:
• Haunts: 10 credits each
• Rides: 4-5 credits each
* Additional Fright credits can be purchased on the Midway at $1 per Fright Credit
Fright Tickets and Fright Credits are non-refundable
I lost my item in the haunted house – what should I do?
You should NOT walk backwards through the haunted houses to look for lost items. The haunted houses are self directed and are only ONE WAY.
For lost and found inquiries, please visit the Guest Services booth during operating hours. If you need assistance outside of operating hours, contact our Security Department at 561-472-8483 or 561-790-5228.
What type of bag am I allowed to bring into Fright Nights?
There are only two types of bags allowed:
1. A CLEAR BAG (plastic, vinyl or PVC bags) no larger than 12” x 6” x 12.” Bag cannot be tinted.
or
2. A SMALL CLUTCH BAG (either solid or clear) no larger than 6” x 9” approximately the size of a hand or wallet.
One bag per person.
Can I bring my young children?
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. It is NOT recommended that children under the age of 12 be brought into the haunted houses due to the images, sounds and fear that the child may experience
Where can I buy Thursday night BOGO tickets?
BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE (“BOGO”) tickets are available online only through our website. These tickets are valid on Thursdays only and must be purchased in advance.
Once our gates open for the season, the BOGO ticket page is unavailable on Thursdays. The ticketing page reopens Friday–Wednesday.
Why can’t I buy a BOGO ticket ON Thursday?
BOGO tickets must be purchased in advance and are not sold on Thursdays. Once our gates open for the evening, the offer closes so we can focus on welcoming guests inside. The BOGO ticket page is available Friday through Wednesday for the following Thursday.
Will I be touched by an actor?
For everyone’s safety, our scare actors do not touch guests, and guests should not touch the actors. Anyone who does will be escorted from the premises.
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking cigarettes or vapes is not allowed in lines or in the haunts. However, you may smoke in other general outdoor areas.
Can I wear a costume to the park?
Only “limited” Halloween costumes are allowed on site. However, at no time can a park visitor wear a costume that conceals their face. Scare masks and/or face paint are NOT allowed. For safety reasons, only actors will be allowed to wear masks or facial disguises inside the amusement park. Security may turn you away if you are wearing a costume that is deemed inappropriate.
What are R.I.P Tickets?
The RIP Experience is the ultimate way to enjoy Fright Nights, offering:
* Express front-of-line access to one haunt per ticket
* Exclusive RIP Lounge with cash bar while you wait
* Special scare actor appearances for photo ops
These add-on tickets must be purchased at the event and are not available online or in advance. Limited tickets are available each night. $15 on Thursday and $20 on Friday & Saturday, per haunt.
Can I buy R.I.P tickets online?
No. R.I.P. tickets may be purchased on the midway ONLY.
R.I.P. tickets are not sold on the website or in advance. Limited tickets will be available each night on the midway.
What is the Dead Ringers Club?
The Dead Ringers Club is an all-in-one, premium Fright Nights experience. This exclusive ticket includes admission to all four haunts, VIP access to the RIP Lounge, and a fast pass to skip the lines. You’ll also receive a souvenir cup, custom lanyard, and Survival token. Tickets are limited to 100 guests per night.
