South Florida Fairgrounds Donation Request

The South Florida Fair is proud to support the nonprofit organizations that make our community stronger. We welcome requests for in-kind donations such as tickets and/or gift baskets to support your organization's fundraising events.

Please complete all sections of the form below with as much detail as possible about your event and organization. Requests should be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of your event date to allow time for review.

Please note: Submitting this form does not guarantee approval. Due to the volume of requests we receive and limited donation resources, we are unable to fulfill every request. All submissions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and you will be notified of our decision by email within 10 business days.
