SENIOR DAY
The group Memory Lane was formed in 2003 by founding member Dale Carter. Some of our original members were Tom Williams Jr and Herbert Tims but we now have over 9 members in total that we work in rotation.
Memory Lane has worked up and down the east coast from Montreal Canada to Key West Florida. Our ?agship location was a 15yr run every Friday evening at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach Florida that ended in 2019. You can presently see Memory Lane performing every Monday evening at a restaurant called The Tin Roof.
With structured choreography and smooth harmonies, our goal is to form a strong connections with every audience.
Presently, our headline performers include vocalist Troy McCray. He is the youngest brother of George McCray, famous for that 1975 disco classic, Rock Your Baby. Thomas Hatcher, a world class bassist and has toured for over a decade with pop star Ricky Martin. And the one and only vocalist/ drummer Merv Thompson, we call him the younger brother to Lou Rawls.
From disco to blues and even a hint of Country, we perform those classic hits that keep the active adult community feeling alive. If you want to revisit the age of 25 again, for a couple of hours Memory Lane will take you there!
