Our theme for the 2026 South Florida Fair is “Party with the Pirates,” a celebration of adventure, flavor, and fun!

We’re looking for the first 25 food concessionaires who want to take part in the Taste the Treasure: Fair Foodie Tour during the Fair, January 16 through February 1, 2026.

Only the first 25 vendors who submit their new (or reimagined) food items can participate.

• Each vendor may submit one item, regardless of how many locations they have.
• Each item should have a pirate- or treasure-themed name. Think nautical adventures, buried treasure, or island life!
  Examples: Treasure Map Funnel Cake, Parrot’s Paradise Lemonade, Golden Doubloon Donuts, or The Buccaneer’s Bounty.
• A complete submission includes:
  • A photo of the item (No AI images)
  • A themed/creative name (or we’ll help you come up with one)
  • A brief but complete description of what the item is (for press release and marketing use)

The Fair will provide 2 signs with a QR code to display at each participating vendor location so guests can scan and vote for their favorite food online!

Winner(s) will be announced on Social Media the second week of the Fair.
