Centrally located in Palm Beach County, the South Florida Fair Expo Center provides easy access from all parts of "booming" South Florida by both Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike. Located at 9067 Southern Blvd. (SR 80), this major eight lane east-west connector through the center of Palm Beach County is within a few short miles of the rapidly expanding western communities of Royal Palm Beach, Wellington and Loxahatchee.

EAST & WEST EXPO HALLS

Big enough to handle your largest event, small enough to provide outstanding service, the East and West Expo Halls of the Expo Center offer over 84,750 square feet of usable floor space.

That's enough for over 450 ten-by-ten exhibit booths, a large automotive or boat show and a variety of other events looking to attract a large audience.

CONCOURSE BUILDINGS

For smaller events, there are the Concourse Buildings 6 - 10. Offering a variety of space from 3,625 S.F. to 11,490 S.F., many of these buildings can be mixed and matched to meet your exact needs.

PARKING

The Expo Center offers ample of free parking to events, we currently have over 6,000 spaces.

CAMPING

The South Florida Fair has 200 camping spaces with full hookups and offers 30amp or 50 amp electrical.

OUTDOOR EXHIBIT SPACE

Approximately 130 acres comprise the real property commonly referred to as the "Fairgrounds". In 1957, Palm Beach County gave the Fair 100 acres at its present site but later took back 20 acres for the stockade. This contribution was made in consideration of the Fair agreeing to relocate from John Prince Park in order that the County could vie for a state university (PBCC).

Generally, the Fairgrounds is segregated into several pods or tracts: the parking tracts, Yesteryear Village, the Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre, and the exhibit buildings, including the Expo Center and the Agriplex. The space available on the Fairgrounds for trade shows and exhibits exceeds 200,000 square feet.
