On-line CAMPING reservations via the completion of the AG Camping Request Form for the 2024 South Florida Fair’s AGriBusiness Department opens at 8 a.m. Sunday, October 1, 2023. This request form must be submitted on-line ONLY. This submission does not confirm your reservation request. Requests considerations/approvals are based on first come, first served basis; number of available camping sites; date; and size of camping/RV unit.

Please complete the Camping Request Form at this link. If this request is approved, you will be notified via e-mail and provided a credit card payment link. Payment in full is required to confirm your reservation.

• Important dates for all market steer, hog and goat exhibitors; beef cattle, beef jackpot, dairy goats, dairy cattle, poultry and rabbit exhibitors
  • NEW for 2024: All market steer, hog, and goat; beef cattle, dairy goats, dairy cattle, poultry and rabbit entries are being accepted on-line ONLY; no paper or faxed entries permitted.
  • August 1: On-line entries open for market steers ONLY
  • September 5: Market steer entries/required completed forms deadline by midnight. See Premium Book for details
  • Sample copy of buyer's letter

  • Proof of school enrollment (latest report card or signed letter from school administrator on school letterhead
  • Completed/signed W-9 form
  • Four (4) photos of steer and exhibitor:
  • Both sides of steer (2)
  • Head photo of steer (1)
  • Face photo of exhibitor (1)
  Submit all four photos as ONE pdf file, and not as four separate files
  • September 7: Market steer mandatory weigh-in/tag-in from 5-8 p.m.at the Okeechobee Livestock Market
  • September 18: On-line entries open for market hogs and goats
  • October 1: On-line entries open for beef cattle, beef jackpot, dairy goats, dairy cattle, poultry and rabbits
  • October 18: Market hog and goat entries deadline midnight, as well as all required completed forms/project photos. See Premium Book for details

• October 21: Market hog optional tag-in, 9-11 a.m., inside Gate 8 at the South Florida Fairgrounds
• November 3: Submit one (1) head photo of hog/goat with ear tag
• November 4: Youth Ethics Training & Marketing Clinic, 9 a.m.-12 noon, South Florida Fairgrounds
• • December 13: All other on-line entries (beef cattle, beef jackpot, dairy goats, dairy cattle, poultry and rabbits) due by midnight
  Youth Market Exhibitors: Please remember the Sell-a-Bration Youth Market Auction at the South Florida Fair is a terminal market auction for all steers, hogs and goats that are sold.
