Elvis Extravaganza Competition

1 of 5
of
JANUARY 28 & 29

There will be a whole lotta shakin', rattlin' and rollin' going on when The South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach, Florida presents The Elvis Extravaganza Impersonator Contest National Finals and Fan Convention. Round one takes place on Monday January 28, 2019. Final round is Tuesday January 29, 2019

The contest will feature a variety of Elvis impersonators competing for cash, prizes and title of "The World's Finest Elvis Impersonator."
The show is backed by the Extravaganza Show Band, horns and singers.
For 30 years The Elvis Extravaganza has graced stages internationally satisfying over a million
people with a unique approach: the show is all about the faithful recreation of Elvis’ music. Of
course the show features performances by Elvis tribute artists and impersonators and in this case
some of the world’s finest but the backbone of the entire production is ensuring that the music is
delivered in an exciting, dynamic way. That’s the secret of the longevity of the show. It all starts
with the fact that all of the musical arrangements are true to the original live concert versions created
my Elvis’ conductor and arrangers. The fact that The Elvis Extravaganza even has sheet music sets
it apart from the other shows. It gives it consistency. The second difference is the care that has
gone into hand selecting the musicians that comprise the band and orchestra. The Extravaganza
band isn’t a rock-and-roll band playing Elvis’ music. Many of the musicians have been with the show
nearly since its inception and some shows feature as many as 20 musicians on stage.
Though it’s these things that set the show apart, for so many the draw is still the allure of seeing
Elvis performers delivering Elvis’ one-of-a-kind stage performance.

Any impersonator who would like to compete during open round one may visit www.elviscontest.com to sign up.
