SUMMERTIME PROGRAM IN YESTERYEAR VILLAGE
This PROGRAM begins on June 7th!
Yesteryear Village and the Agriculture Department are joining forces for fun-filled, action-packed Fridays throughout the months of June and July! CITY KIDS ON THE FARM, Summertime Program is fun, engaging, interactive and educational.
Be immersed in Agriculture!
Make seed necklaces, a “SALSA” garden, learn about animal care, horse grooming and other ag related activities. Step back in time and enjoy old-fashioned games, candle making, blacksmithing and more. Other activities include fishing clinics, water play, clogging, and even baking in a hand-made oven!
Stop by the Military exhibit located in the Bink Glisson Museum and write a letter to a soldier. We’ll send it to the Forgotten Soldiers Organization.
IMPORTANT: Call (561) 795-3110 for specific daily activities as certain activities do not take place on all days and are subject to inclement weather.
Groups of 10 or more receive a guided tour; under 10 guests, enjoy a self-guided tour to experience Yesteryear Village and participate in hands-on activities. Please bring picnic lunches. Water fountains available on grounds.
The hours for Yesteryear Village are 10 am – 4 pm. All Activities end at 3 pm.
Adults: $10 (12 and up)
Seniors: $7 (65+)
Children: $7 (6-11)*
Under 5 Free.
School groups of 10 or more: $5 for students (one teacher free for every 10 students) $10 for accompanying adults.
LAMP PASS holders are welcome June 1 - July 27 Thursdays and Saturdays only. Regular tours and visits take place on Thursdays. City Kids on the Farm: Fridays only. Call for specific daily activities as certain activities do not take place on all days and are subject to inclement weather.
