After the audition process is complete, selected "Battle of the Bands" performers will be notified of the date and time they will compete on Monday, January 19, 2009. Each contestant will be given 10 minutes to compete, 5 minutes to set up, and 5 minutes to tear down. This includes any sound check that needs to be done.

The South Florida Fair will be providing Backline consisting of DrumKit w/risers, all amps, monitors, snakes, cables and mikes. Bands only need to bring their instruments and pedals for guitars. Drummers will use the housedrum set.
