the youth’s age as of September 1, 2007.
October 15, 2007: Deadline for
horticulture exhibits to be planted or repotted.
October 15, 2007: Deadline for
South Florida Fair college scholarship applications.

exhibits to be planted or repotted.
December 18, 2007: Food and cake decorating
exhibit judging in Exhibit Hall A from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
January 4, 2008: Registration deadline
for 4-H Poultry Bar-B-Que Contest.
January 4, 2008: Topic identification
deadline for demonstrations/illustraded talks all
age
categories to 4-H office.
January 15, 2008: General exhibits,
posters, photography judging from 1:00 - 7:00 P.M.
January 19, 2008: Junior Illustrated talks & Demonstrations
beginning at 12:00 p.m.
January 26, 2008: Designated 4-H day in the Horse Arena.
January 26, 2008: Intermediate Illustrated Talks & Demonstrations
10:00 am.
January 26, 2008: Senior Illustrated Talks & Demonstrations
3:00 p.m.
January 26,2008: Youth Livestock Judging.
January 27, 2008: 4-H Poultry Barbecue
Contest at 1:00 p.m. in the Palm Oasis. Participants
to arrive no later than 12:00 p.m.
January 30, 2008: NICA Auction in the Agriplex Arena
at 3:00 p.m.
February 1, 2008: FFA Special Needs Horticulture Judging,
Youth Vegetable Judging, Youth Horticulture Judging,
Horse Judging & Dairy Cattle Judging.
February 2, 2008: SFF Open Pleasure
Show.Proceeds benefiting the Palm Beach County 4-H.
February 4, 2008: Remove exhibits from building between
9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
