With a maximum capacity of 300 people, our Special Events Pavilion is an air conditioned 7,000 sq. foot banquet hall, with all the amenities you are looking for at an affordable rate.
It provides an intimate environment for smaller gatherings such as wedding ceremonies or birthday parties.
Rental of $3,500 includes:
• Up to 30 72” round tables
• Up to 300 banquet chairs
• Up to five 8’ tables
• Insurance for the event
• White drapes around room
• Signage on grounds to direct guests
• Different colored ceiling lights
• One attendant during event (6hrs)
• One security guard at gate (6 hrs)
• One riser stage up to 8’x12’
• Dancefloor available at no charge
• Ability to bring in your own florist, DJ, Photographer, and Wedding Planner
Catering Menu available with wide variety of options
• Black or Ivory table cloths - $15.00
• Black or Ivory spandex chair covers - $3.00 each
• Satin sashes - $1.00 per sash
This quote is for a 6 hour rental. Additional hours are charged at $60 per hour. All food and beverage is charged per person. Ceremony sites in
Yesteryear Village or other parts of the Fairgrounds is an additional charge.
